As Founder, Chief Executive Officer & President of Innovative Health & Housing Solutions (IHHS), Talesha Payne, MA, MBA, AMFT, sets the organization’s enterprise vision, strategic direction, and growth agenda. Drawing on more than 20 years of leadership across behavioral health, housing, healthcare, social services, and community-based systems, she guides IHHS in developing solutions that strengthen organizations, transform systems, and improve outcomes for individuals and communities.
Working at the intersection of business strategy, behavioral health, and systems transformation, she leads organizational development, program and service innovation, cross-sector partnerships, operational improvement, and capacity-building initiatives. Her executive approach moves organizations from strategy to implementation by aligning people, partnerships, infrastructure, and resources around measurable and sustainable results.
Clinical expertise provides an important foundation for this leadership. Her practice includes individual, family, and group therapy for diverse populations, including student and professional athletes. She is also advancing programs focused on high school NIL, college athletics, and athlete well-being while developing a Trauma-Informed NIL Framework and scalable support strategies for educational institutions, athletic programs, and professional sports organizations.
Grounded in accountability, collaboration, equity, innovation, and measurable impact, Talesha ensures that community voice and lived experience remain central to IHHS strategy. Under her leadership, IHHS continues to expand as a trusted partner for organizations navigating change, strengthening capacity, improving service delivery, and pursuing lasting systems and community impact.

Andrea Poma, EdD, serves as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Innovative Health & Housing Solutions (IHHS), bringing more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations turn strategy into meaningful, sustainable change. Drawing on her expertise in educational psychology, executive coaching, and leadership development, Andrea works with executives and teams to strengthen leadership capacity, navigate change, improve organizational effectiveness, and create environments where people and organizations can perform at their best.
Andrea brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to transformation, recognizing that lasting organizational change requires more than a strategic plan; it requires engaged leaders, aligned teams, intentional culture, and the capacity to execute. Through coaching, strategic planning, facilitation, leadership development, and organizational consulting, she helps organizations move from insight to action while building the internal capacity needed to sustain progress long after an engagement ends.

Tisha Langley, LMFT, serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Innovative Health & Housing Solutions (IHHS), where she leads clinical operations, quality, and clinical workforce development, ensuring the organization’s strategy translates into high-integrity, client-centered care. Drawing on more than 25 years of multifaceted clinical experience and executive leadership, Tisha brings a seasoned perspective to strengthening clinical practice, developing high-performing teams, and building systems that support both quality care and responsible organizational growth. Tisha’s leadership extends beyond clinical oversight to shaping the infrastructure that allows excellent care to be delivered consistently and sustainably. She guides the development of clinical policies, governance, and quality frameworks; strengthens clinical and operational systems; and leads structural improvements that support accountability, workforce effectiveness, and service excellence.
Her clinical and consulting experience also includes a particular focus on athlete and student-athlete mental health and wellbeing. Tisha has consulted with coaches, athletic leaders, and performance professionals regarding the unique challenges that can arise within high-performance environments, including mental health concerns, resilience, leadership development, learning differences, confidentiality, and access to care. This perspective helps inform IHHS’s commitment to providing responsive, individualized support to athletes navigating the intersection of mental health, personal wellbeing, performance demands, and life beyond sport.

Meghan L. Gorden

Clinical & Behavioral Health Consultant

Meghan brings more than 15 years of behavioral health experience across clinical services, community-based mental health, program operations, quality assurance, and workforce development. Her background includes serving children, adolescents, adults, and families, with extensive experience supporting individuals and systems impacted by trauma, foster care, child welfare, probation, and other complex needs.
At IHHS, Meghan supports behavioral health and clinical initiatives through training, clinical supervision, individual and family therapy, program implementation, and quality improvement. She brings experience in Medi-Cal and Department of Mental Health requirements, policy and procedure development, documentation quality, and evidence-based practices, helping strengthen both the workforce and the quality of services delivered to clients and communities.
