Housing & Community Systems
Housing & Community Systems
Housing that holds. We help organizations build the coordinated systems people need to move beyond simply being placed into housing toward remaining housed, connected, and well.
Overview
IHHS helps organizations design, strengthen, and implement housing and community based systems that connect housing stability, health, behavioral health, and long term well being. Our work includes permanent supportive housing, affordable and supportive housing service models, CalAIM and Community Supports, health housing integration, housing navigation and stabilization strategies, and trauma informed approaches to housing operations. We partner with housing developers, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, and community-based providers to build systems that move beyond simply placing people into housing toward creating the coordinated supports people need to remain housed and thrive.

- Who We Partner With
Housing is the
starting point not the outcome.
Stability
Get people housed
Permanent supportive and affordable housing models built on real navigation and stabilization strategy, not just placement.
Integration
Connect housing to care.
Health-housing partnerships and CalAIM / Community Supports integration so housing and health systems work as one, not in parallel.
Endurance
Keep people housed.
Trauma-informed operations and ongoing program assessment so systems hold up under real conditions, over time.
