Behavioral Health & Wellness

Care that fits the life someone is actually living. We help organizations build behavioral health services that are accessible, trauma informed, culturally responsive and woven into everything else going on around a person.

Overview

IHHS supports organizations and communities in building behavioral health services that are accessible, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and connected to the realities of people’s lives. Our approach recognizes that mental health does not exist in isolation from housing, family, employment, education, community, or other social conditions. Services and consulting may include behavioral health program development, individual and family therapy, clinical assessments, integrated care strategies, clinical supervision and workforce support, and organizational approaches to employee well-being. We help partners create environments where behavioral health is not simply another service; it is integrated into a broader continuum of care.

In addition, IHHS provides specialized behavioral health and clinical support for student and professional athletes navigating the unique pressures of academics, athletics, identity, competition, transition, public visibility, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. Services may include individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducational groups, behavioral health assessments, transition support, trauma-informed interventions, and consultation with athletes, families, athletic programs, and organizations.

Our approach recognizes that performance and well-being are interconnected. We help student and professional athletes build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, navigate change, maintain healthy relationships, and access confidential support throughout critical stages of their athletic and personal development.

Behavioral health
as part of the whole picture.

Access

Meet people where they are.

Accessible, culturally responsive services designed around how people actually live, not around a program’s convenience.

Integration

Connect care to context.

Clinical work that accounts for housing, family, employment, and community not a service delivered in a vacuum.

Capacity

Support the workforce too.

Clinical supervision and organizational well being strategies so the people delivering care can sustain it.
